“Real” disappointing
Breakfast was a disaster. No ketchup, no hot sauce, and no salt/pepper. They brought me some salt/pepper on a plate from the kitchen. I was told that these luxuries are coming tomorrow and all I kept thinking about is why don't you run out and go buy some? After a full day of walking around and just wanting to relax in our room, the key (a physical one) no longer works. We informed the staff only to get eyes rolled at us when expressing frustration. An hour later, we have still not been able to access our room.
